Yes it’s a business, but for someone to listen and console the person in their time of need is what meant the world to me. The entire staff were deceptive and rude, and on the "orders" of the paying parent, told not to assist the other grieving parent at all. HAD TO GIVE IT ONE STAR OR I COULD NOT POST!!!!! My husband knew he was facing his death so he made all the arrangements in advance. This allowed us to research different options and make rational decisions. Some of my husband's requests were unusual but Mr. Fertig was able to accommodate everything he wanted.
